For many years, Ali Raif İlaç has been meeting all its CRM process needs with INFINI, while benefiting from SCM in its commercial excellence operations.Founded in 1928 under the name Ali Raif ve Şeriki, the company was reorganized in 1963 by Muzaffer Turhan to operate in the pharmaceutical industry.
In its early years, ARİS produced and marketed pharmaceuticals under licenses from multinational companies. Since 1986, it has been involved in finished drug imports, and from 1990 onwards, in the production and marketing of generic drugs, establishing itself as one of the leading companies in the country.
ARİS has nearly 150 drugs that add value to life, including formulations, in therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, diabetes, gastrointestinal, analgesic anti-inflammatory, antigripal, antihistaminic, antiviral, and central nervous system.
After ARİS began the registration, production, and marketing of generic drugs, its export opportunities have developed in parallel. The countries it exports to include the Philippines, Spain, Poland, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and EU countries.
Sales Force Effectiveness Project and Benefits
Before working with Idesse, Ali Raif Pharmaceuticals had experimented with various SFE and reporting solutions. After a short pilot study, they were convinced that INFINI could fully meet all their expectations. Initially, they adopted INFINI for reporting, later expanding its use to cover all their needs.
Ali Raif chose Idesse because of its deep understanding of sector-specific concepts, including the challenges faced by pharmaceutical promotion organizations, as well as common control, reporting, and analysis requirements.
Through Idesse solutions, Ali Raif now manages its sales force, marketing effectiveness, target distribution, and operational, tactical, and strategic reporting activities efficiently.
Beyond SFE applications, the project also includes campaign reconciliation, analysis of sales conditions, distribution channel analysis and segmentation, and stock management and optimization. With Idesse, accounting errors are prevented, and the reconciliation process is centrally managed.
